I am so glad I purchased the Solis. I am aircrew and was using a SIM card for overseas but did not use the monthly GB and they would not carry over. I purchased 5 GB with my Solis and the GB don’t expire. I used to carry an external battery pack but the Solis is not only a world wide hot spot but also a battery pack to. It is so easy to use, reliable, practical and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend!

I have got and tried solis WiFi in different countries and the result is a great success. Subscription is expensive. The other problem is when you buy GB you have to use them in the period specified. I would like to be allowed to use them on/off within one year instead if bought for one month.

Able to connect easily and I can check my email or surf the net, but the connection is very slow in Central America compared to Europe. In Europe I was able to download some videos in less then 5 min, in Central America, even after 30 min it still didn’t download. If it’s just usually maps, it works great everywhere.

Having the Solis Lite pocket wifi whenever you travel abroad is great because you feel at ease knowing you can connect and communicate with your family no matter where you are. It’s easy to use and very convenient that you don’t have to buy and switch sim cards in other countries you’re visiting. It has great signal and can use as hotspot and able to share wifi with your friends/travel buddies.

So far so good! Connected to softbank network here in Japan while standing in line for the immigration. Pulled up my QR code right away. Speed is decent. Switch from my US data to global data without prompting.

We are sailors, headed from Bermuda to Azores, Madiera, and Brazil. The Global GB Plan has been ideal for us. As soon as we are within five miles of the coast the service starts sending out all of our queued emails. I would recommend this to any yachtsman as an alternative to Starlink.

I think it’s the best choice - no speed degradation.

We used our Solis wifi hotspot recently in Iceland for our family of four. It was so nice being able to drive to all the sites in Iceland using Google Maps. The kids also We also used it to keep in touch with people back home.

Easy to connect and set up the device and data plans are reasonably priced at a low cost.

The device is sturdy and reliable with long runtime a you are not cut short in connection time.
