Word of caution, don’t upload the 30-day code on the app until you’re ready to use your data as the 30 day countdown will activate immediately. Which is unlike the day pass code which require an additional “redeem now” button before use. I thought I could keep all my data purchases saved on the app but no, some you can, others you can’t.

Anyhoo, realizing my mistake I reached out to customer service via chat immediately. I requested that they please remove the already activated 30-day code and allow me to use it in a few months when I actually need it on my trip.

Someone responded promptly and quickly resolved the issue for me. 5/5 customer service!

Tour bus didn’t have wifi so we used.

Good in Buenos Aires and Europe

Not great but good. Speed was good and connecting was good. I use it mostly for navigation and whatsap with little to no issues.

It is slow sometimes

The device didn't work in Hungary, I sent an email and promptly i was told it is because my device is old and only uses 2G and 3G signal and I should buy a new device. But it also works with 4G and didn't have issues in other countries.
