My order said "Free Solis Tag included" but I didn't receive it — how do I get it?
The free Tag ships with the qualifying 12-month subscription bundle. If you bought a qualifying plan and it didn't arrive, contact Support with your order number and they'll check fulfilment.

How reliable is the Tag when travelling, and how does it charge?

How do I change the Wi-Fi name or password on my Solis Tag?
Connect to the Tag's Wi-Fi (shown as "SolisTAG"), sign in to the SIMO portal, and edit the network name and password there.
