Solis Hero Hotspot & Power Bank with Lifetime Data (1GB Per Month)

My family and I love this on our last trip.

I bought the Hero a few years ago when it was only the device. After 3 years it still holds up wonderfully. I travel to Utah & Montana often for various appointments, but now it's used for family travel. Granted I hit a few dead spots here & there, but the Hero continues to stay connected. It can easily handle my kids heavy streaming use, plus my navigation app with no issues.

My daughter is using this to teach ESL overseas. Works great - even when the power went out to her building in a storm, it continued to work in Turkiye. She says it has been seamless so far. Great product.

This worked well for us on a month+ long road trip. We love how small it is. We even told our nephew about it while helping him move and now he has the same one.

The solis hotspot really helped out in a remote situation. We needed to put some cameras up at a location and didn't have a great Internet service. One that works and I can pick up and move . . . . . amazing! The cost was reasonable and the ability to add data when needed is perfect for our situation!

Never failed from the US to Europe. Relatively easy to set up and to recharge. Almost the same price as renting an unreliable hotspot, and the data can be used virtually anywhere.

It was easy to use and worked everywhere we tried except Greenland. Use the app, because it will burn through data so keep an eye on your download use.

Used the Solis at 2 different cottages this summer. Everyone was SO relieved that I solved the no Wifi problem.
I wish it would work in Cuba but we will be taking it with us to various vacation spots in the Caribbean and Europe to fill in the gaps of inconsistent or non existent Wifi! Great little gadget!

It’s a good product but it’s hard for a beginner to know how much data I need to purchase. The initial amount of data that came with the device was used overnight and I purchased more, but it was gone the next day. So I have been using the free WiFi from the place I’m staying unless I am paying a bill.

Where we used it in Canada, it would have been stronger if it used Rogers and not Bell's network where we were.

Did not like how we discovered dynamic pricing when purchasing. Different price on my computer versus the price on my son's computer.

Got it as a back up device when/if I have internet outages at home. Tested it but havent used it extensively. It was very very fast when i connected my phone to it.

Don’t need it (yet), but took advantage of the pre-sale offer. Now twice as much free monthly data (2 GB) to use.

Second unit Ive owned, had their 4g model from about 2018 on. Used it on many an overseas travel, so i needed an upgraded unit to take advantage of the new communication bands. Great upgrade to the battery and will even charge my phone. Amazing products.

Works everywhere it needs to. I have used mine in South America and in various U. S. states where my usual carrier was sketch at best.
Only problem with this, you need to use their USB-C cord, as their connection is longer. Standard ones don't plug in all the way.
