The Solis Tag is currently sold as part of a bundle rather than as a standalone device. Check the current bundle on the SIMO store to see what's included.
My order said "Free Solis Tag included" but I didn't receive it — how do I get it?
The free Tag ships with the qualifying 12-month subscription bundle. If you bought a qualifying plan and it didn't arrive, contact Support with your order number and they'll check fulfilment.
What plan comes with the Solis Tag bundle?
The Tag bundle includes a 3GB Monthly Global Rollover Data plan on a 12-month subscription — unused data rolls over to the next month.
How reliable is the Tag when travelling, and how does it charge?
The Tag is multi-carrier and connects to a partner network internationally, the same way the larger Solis devices do. It's the most compact, entry-level device in the range and charges over USB-C.
How do I change the Wi-Fi name or password on my Solis Tag?
Connect to the Tag's Wi-Fi (shown as "SolisTAG"), sign in to the SIMO portal, and edit the network name and password there.
