To redeem using the Solis Wi-Fi App (recommended):
- Download the Solis Wi-Fi App & Register an account (if you don't have one already).
- Log in to your account.
- Click on the Shop button
- Click Apply Code
- Enter the redemption code provided and click the Apply button.
NOTE: You may be required to pair your hotspot to your account before code redemption.
Tips for Code Redemption:
- For Daypasses Your account will be credited with your Daypasses. Activate each daypass anytime to start your 24 hours of Wi-Fi.
- For New Unlimited or GoData per GB Subscriptions Once you redeem this code, your 30 days of Wi-Fi will begin and you will be subscribed to the plan ongoing. If you wish to cancel after the first month, you must unsubscribe at least 4 business days before your 30-day cycle ends.
This data plan purchase is only for use with Solis Hotspot devices: Solis Pro, Solis Hero, Solis Go, Solis 5G, Solis Lite, Solis X, and Solis 1. (NOT for Solis Hub router.)

Best thing ever. I used about 2. 5gb a day so my 10gb was done by the 4-5 day of my trip; if you use it consciously by switching to WiFi when available it can be extended.
I Love My Simo but im not sure Why I couldn't have gotten US data instead of the Global when I purchased it. It wasn't an option.
I’m sure this plan is a great option for many people, but it hasn’t been the best fit for my needs. I primarily use the device for DJ gigs, which is typically only about once a week. When I purchased the plan, I didn’t realize the data had an expiration period. I was really looking for a plan where the data would not expire, so that was a bit disappointing.
That said, when I do use the service, it works exceptionally well—reliable and high-quality every time. Because of that, I still feel the overall experience deserves a strong rating.
This plan works good for me. I don't worry about my going out every month. It's flexible for my use.

I really love the Solis Pro WiFi hotspot. It provides excellent coverage throughout the United States. I recommended it to my sister and friends, and they also purchased it and use it regularly.

It was part of a bundle with Solis Go hotspot during the holidays so it was a good deal. Three months is a plenty of time to travel in a foreign country.
These units are well made and do exactly what was promised. They find the best carrier’s signal and lock on to it. Price structure is fair considering what they do. When there is no reliable WiFi anywhere the Solis Hero or Edge are perfect.

There needs to be a way to switch plans in the middle of a plan. I ran out of high-speed data, but still had 2 weeks left of the monthly plan. I bought the global one day to see if I can switch plans, and I couldn't. Maybe that was my fault for doing it wrong, but if not, that function would be helpful.

Got Global Hotspot for 3 months. Not sure what I did it didn't last 3 months. We didn't use much overseas. Also, looks like the one gig a month for life doesn't accumulate. So better to use it than lose it.
Seems to have difficulty connecting to networks. It’s not quick especially finding 5G networks even though purchased specifically for that. Usually it’s 4G speeds. Also, not great connection inside buildings. I use for backup if cellular or WiFi not working. Data is pretty expensive and goes fast if using for work as I do. But it’s nice they give 1G high speed per month. Haven’t had a chance to travel internationally yet to used.
